Effective: 1 August 2026
Operator and contact

Waitlist-only service
Anniverse is currently a product concept and early-access waitlist. The website displays a proposed price of €6.90/month or €59.99/year, with annual shown as the default and a planned seven-day trial. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account, start a trial, place an order, form a paid subscription, charge a card, or guarantee access to a future product. Any released app, trial, or paid service will have separate final terms shown before purchase or activation.
Permitted use
You may browse the site and submit your own accurate contact details to request early access. You must not submit another person's email without authority, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or use the site unlawfully.
Availability and changes
The concept, features, timing, proposed offer, and availability may change before release. We may suspend the site or waitlist for security, maintenance, or operational reasons. A future price, trial, or feature is not purchased or guaranteed unless a separate checkout and contract are made available.
Content and intellectual property
The Anniverse name, website design, text, and original visual material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the public site for personal, non-commercial evaluation. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, resell, or commercially exploit the site or its content.
Informational boundary
The website provides general product information only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or professional relationship advice and is not a substitute for qualified professional support.
Third-party links
The site may link to independent third-party websites for source or competitor context. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or endorse their conduct.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the waitlist site is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any mandatory consumer or data-protection right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections of the country where they habitually reside. Questions: povilas.sabaliauskas@gmail.com. Privacy requests: privacy-request page.
